Privates: Enjoy a customized workout by one of our expert instructors to focus on your unique needs and goals.
Duets: Choose a duet partner and enjoy a workout designed to meet both of your needs and goals.
Small Group: Get a great, energizing workout with up to 5 clients in equipment classes and up to ten in mat-based classes.*
