Thoracolumbar Fascia and Exercising
Hi all! It's Katherine and Kimberly from Pilates on Fifth/Pilates on Fifth Online here! If you've ever watched our videos, you know that we are terrible with certain exercises like "The Roll Up" and "Neck Pull". We have tight lower backs, and we've always known it is not limited to ONE muscle...it's a very expansive tightness, sadly! BUT!
