Hey all! We sort of fell off the blogging-bandwagon for a while, but we're happy to report that we don't write anything when we feel we have nothing to say. How refreshing, right?
Today's topic covers a problem I think we all have had -- foot pain and foot cramps!! Don't worry, you're not alone. Now that we are no longer dancing for a living and are commuting in heels, running errands in less-than-optimal footwear and not paying attention to our feet, we, too, have experienced that moment during an abdominal exercise such as "The Hundred" when we "feel the burn" in our feet more than our abs! (By the way, when your feet cramp like this while you're exercising, flex your feet!!!)
Two quick things you can do to make your feet feel better are 1) stretch your calves more and 2) massage the bottoms of your feet with a massage ball or a tennis ball to release tension in those muscles. The accompanying video will show you how to do these things along with some other exercises and stretches for your feet. You'll be walking happy sooner than you think!
