Throughout the program, we encourage you to contact your coach if you hit a stumbling block or just need a little extra motivation. At the half-way point, you will receive an email from your coach to check in and re-assess your goals. At the end of the 7 weeks, you can re-test your body fat, re-assess your goals, and embark on another 7 week boot camp or opt for our a la carte options.
