Many of these clients remember a time when "working out" was synonymous with cardio.
Some of our other clients aren't crazy about cardio, but they love what it does for their bodies. Clients who battle their weight turn to cardio workouts to burn fat. Other clients who tend to stress out easily rely on cardio workouts to relieve tension and anxiety.
At Pilates on Fifth, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with workouts that include both Pilates (or GYROTONIC®/GYROKINESIS®) and cardio. Our amazing CARDIOLATES® workout pairs cardio with Pilates in a proprietary system. Your CARDIOLATES® class begins with Pilates-style warm ups and exercises, then moves on to 25-30 minutes of rebounding. With rebounding, you and your classmates will work out on your individual mini-trampolines. It's safe, low-impact, and incredibly fun.
