Wardrobe/Recommended Attire:
  • Exercise wear that allows for a full range of movement. Biking shorts or leggings recommended; please, no baggy shorts.
  • Socks are mandatory; shoes are not worn for Pilates or GYROTONICŪ lessons, but feet must be covered.
  • Shoes MUST be worn on the cardio equipment.
Cancellation Policy/Schedule Change Policy:
  • Kindly give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full charge. Please respect this policy as our instructors are compensated on a per lesson basis.
  • Schedule changes must also be made within 24 hours. IF you can re-book with the same instructor WITHIN the 24 hour period, there will be no charge.
  • Snow days: In the event of snow (when schools are closed, etc.) we understand that you may not be able to attend your lesson. In this case, you will not be charged, but we ask that you re-book with the same instructor within a two week period.
  • We do our very best to honor your request for instructors. If, however, we can not do so, we encourage you to try one of our many highly trained and dedicated instructors. Very rarely, one of our instructors gets sick or must take a personal day. We do our best to notify you ahead of time, but please understand that circumstances are sometimes beyond our control and we will always do our utmost to provide you with a high quality lesson.
Safety Concerns:
  • As per the waiver, you must let Pilates on Fifth know about pertinent health issues or anything you think may affect your work.
  • If your condition changes - pregnancy, even minor falls - please let us know so that we can provide the best possible service.
  • Mind-Body Gymnasium clients are required to pass a simple safety test on top of the privates required to learn a personal routine.
  • Use of the cardio equipment is at your own risk. We have the best equipment available on the market, but any equipment is dangerous if not used with caution. Please make certain your shoes are tied and you are always paying attention to your workout.

Monday-Friday 7AM - 9PM Saturday 9AM - 3PM Sunday 10AM - 2PM
 
Appointments may be scheduled on the hour throughout the day with the last appointment ending at the time we close. We take appointments on the quarter hour after 5PM Monday through Thursday.

We do take instructor requests although we cannot guarantee you will be with the same instructor each time. To ensure that you get the same high quality work out each time, our instructors keep detailed records of each client in the client's file.
