          Mat Pilates Plus:
All the traditional Pilates mat exercises plus stretch bands, Pilates rings, BOSUs and other tools to help you tone your muscles, strengthen your core and feel great!
          Express Mat Pilates Plus:
For those of you "on the go", this class is a 45 minute version of the above!
          CARDIOLATES®:
CARDIOLATES® is a fun, dynamic class which combines all the alignment benefits of Pilates with the physiological and cardiovascular benefits of rebounding. For more information, click here!
          Mat Pilates for the Wide World of Sports!:
Want the same great Pilates mat class with MORE arm toning, core strengthening and dynamic standing exercises? This fun and challenging new class uses weighted balls, stability balls and lots of new moves to challenge and build core strength, train your body to perform powerful rotational movements safely (as in golf and tennis) and increase upper body strength while protecting the rotator cuff. While the class is challenging, exercises are easily modified for all levels, so come and join us!
          CARDIOLATES® Circuit Express:
Only have an hour? Then take the CARDIOLATES® Circuit Express and get a great cardio workout and core conditioning in an action-packed 45 minute class – so you can get back to work! The class begins at 12:10 – you’ll warm-up with some joint mobilization and core strengthening exercises. Then you’ll rebound for 10 minutes and hop off for some more great Pilates mat exercises! After another 10-15 minutes of rebounding, you’ll finish with more abs and stretches. A perfect way to spend your lunch break and all in a well air-conditioned room so that you can run back to work!

Active Isolated Movement: Flexibility Infused Training! (AIM-FIT)

Active Isolated Movement is a dynamic class guaranteed to increase your flexibility safely and effectively. The class systematically moves through every major muscle group as you actively contract one group of muscles in order to stretch the opposing group of muscles. With Pilates exercises integrated into the flexibility training, you’ll strengthen the core AND start to unravel muscle tightness in the hips, legs, lower back and shoulders. The good news: you never hold a stretch for more than 3 seconds! The class keeps you moving the entire time leaving you feeling refreshed and elongated.

From Port Authority/Times Square:

  • Walk East on 42nd Street to 5th Avenue OR
  • 7 train from Times Square to 5 Ave/42nd St (Bryant Park)
  • Standing on the SW corner of 5th/42nd (library on your right) we are diagonally to your right across the street.

From Grand Central Terminal:

  • Exit the South side of Grand Central
  • Walk West on 42nd Street to 5th Avenue
  • Turn left onto 5th Avenue OR

From Bryant Park (7 train stop):

Power Privates (solo workouts)

Enjoy the following pricing options. Off-peak hours* only for equipment and cardio usage. Mat classes may be taken at any time.

$245 for non-dancers and $220.50 for dancers (includes unlimited solo workouts, cardio and mat classes)

Solo Workouts:
  • 1 session: $24.30 (this is a 10% discount off the Mind Body Gymnasium page rate)
  • 10 sessions: $220.50 (ditto above)

Appointments may be scheduled on the hour throughout the day with the last appointment ending at the time we close. We take appointments on the quarter hour after 5PM Monday through Thursday.

We do take instructor requests although we cannot guarantee you will be with the same instructor each time. To ensure that you get the same high quality work out each time, our instructors keep detailed records of each client in the client's file.
